Curtis Granderson had 3 base hits at Jacobs Field where the Detroit Tigers
beat the Cleveland Indians 7 to 4.
Scott Kazmir(8-10) gave a fine effort for Detroit. He surrendered 4 hits and
3 walks in 5 and 2/3 innings. Kazmir struckout 6 Cleveland batters. Detroit
ended up with 12 hits for the game while Cleveland had 6.
Nate Robertson earned the save, his 1st. Mark Buehrle(10-11) ended up with
the loss. He allowed a few too many baserunners giving up 12 hits and 2
walks in 9 innings.
