Adam Everett had 2 base hits and 2 RBI as the Detroit Tigers topped the
Cleveland Indians in 11 innings by a score of 3 to 2 at Jacobs Field.

The score was tied at 2 after nine. Detroit won the game in the 11th inning.
After an out was recorded, Gerald Laird drew a walk. Jason Frasor then let a
pitch get away from him. After another out, Everett stepped in and he banged
out a single. Detroit and Cleveland each finished the night with 9 hits.

The win went to Eric Gagne(2-1) who allowed no runs in 2 and 1/3 innings.
Frasor(1-1) was given the loss in relief. He pitched 1 and 2/3 innings and
surrendered 1 hit and 1 walk.
